Performance media and PPC
Search, social, and display campaigns, watched for the queries and creatives that produce enquiries. Budget decisions follow that data, not a calendar.

We connect media, creative, and landing pages so you can finally see which part brings customers.
The agency
Napfény Digital is an advertising agency based at Czuczor Gergely utca 18 in Győr, working with businesses across Hungary on digital marketing, performance media, brand strategy, and creative production. They are spending on ads, posts, and a website, but nobody can say which part actually brings customers.
We build the connection between media, creative, and landing pages so that question has an answer. You do not need to move your whole budget to us at once — many projects start with one channel, a clear reporting format, and a decision point after the first weeks of data.
Where we start
Services
We plan and run paid media, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and content. On the brand side, that means positioning work, messaging, and creative strategy that give the campaigns something consistent to say. The two halves are not separate departments here: a performance campaign with weak creative burns budget, and a brand campaign with no measurement is a guess.
Hungary's agency market is crowded and mostly digital-first. Firms bundle PPC, SEO, social, and web work rather than selling classic ad buying alone, and buyers compare agencies on measurable growth and how fast the team iterates. We work in that same frame, with one difference we hold onto: Hungarian ad copy written by someone who reads Hungarian search behaviour performs differently from translated copy. We treat that as a production requirement, not a nice extra.
Strategy and production sit at the same table, so the message stays consistent from the brief to the ad variant.
Search, social, and display campaigns, watched for the queries and creatives that produce enquiries. Budget decisions follow that data, not a calendar.
Slower than paid media, and we say so up front. The return is a channel that keeps working when ad budgets pause, built on Hungarian and English queries alike.
Demand generation, hiring, distribution, or keeping existing customers warm. We agree on the job first, then choose platforms and formats to serve it.
Audience, competitive frame, proof, and tone, run as a short structured project. Static, video, and search copy all get built from that same source.
Clean tracking. A clear offer. Consistent messaging. Reviewed on a schedule.
Marketing tactics age quickly. Channels change their rules, costs shift, and formats that worked two years ago get more expensive. What holds up is the boring part, and it is what we build engagements around: the first months fix foundations and find out what works, then the work shifts toward scaling what proved itself and cutting what did not.
Traffic is only half the job. Conversion optimization looks at what happens after the click: page speed, form length, offer clarity, and where visitors drop off. Small changes here often move results more than a budget increase.
We test one meaningful variable at a time and keep a written record of what was tried. That record matters more than any single test — over months it becomes the most useful document a client owns, because it stops the team from repeating failed ideas under new names.
Media planning is the part clients ask about least and benefit from most. It sets channel mix, budget split, and timing before anyone touches an ad account. A plan should state what success looks like at 30, 90, and 180 days, and what happens if the first signal is negative.
We work with monthly budgets of different sizes and are direct about what a given budget can and cannot do in the Hungarian market. A small budget concentrated on one channel with clean tracking usually beats the same money spread across four platforms. When a budget is too small to test properly, we say that too, rather than taking it and hoping.
We would rather delay a launch by a few days than run a month of campaigns into broken conversion tracking. If your current setup already has clean data, we skip ahead and go straight to testing.
Proof, not promises
Reporting should answer three questions: what did we spend, what did it produce, and what changes next. We keep reports short and put the interpretation at the top. Dashboards have their place, but a dashboard without commentary just moves the analysis work back to you.
Clients get a written summary, a call when something needs a decision, and access to the underlying data.
If a channel is not working, it appears in the report with a recommendation
Our clients are mostly small and mid-sized Hungarian companies: local services, B2B suppliers, retail, and businesses with both Hungarian and international customers. The common thread is that marketing has to justify its cost against revenue, not against impressions.
We are less useful to companies looking for a pure production house with no interest in measurement, and we say so early. If your need is a one-off print job or a single video with no distribution plan, there are specialists better suited to that than an agency built around performance.
Our office is in Győr, in western Hungary, and we work with clients in Budapest and elsewhere in the country remotely. Meetings happen in person when useful and online when that is faster.
Győr sits in an industrial and logistics region with a strong manufacturing base and a lot of cross-border business toward Austria and Slovakia. That shapes some of our work: bilingual campaigns, B2B lead generation, and recruitment advertising for companies competing for the same skilled workers.
Hungary's agency landscape includes small specialist teams, mid-size digital firms, and international networks competing for the same clients. Size is a weak signal of fit. What separates agencies in practice is channel discipline, whether reporting is honest, and how quickly the team reacts when a campaign underperforms.
Regional agencies outside Budapest often compete on responsiveness and local knowledge, and that holds up. A client in Győr or Mátészalka does not need a Budapest address to get competent media planning. What they need is a team that answers, knows the local search and media environment, and can explain results without hiding behind dashboards.
Short answers to the five things that come up on nearly every first call. If yours is not here, ask it directly.
Ask us directlyMost visible agencies now cover paid media, SEO, social media, branding, and web or landing-page work. We cover those areas plus content and conversion optimization, and we plan media across channels rather than selling one in isolation.
It depends on where your bottleneck is. If your ads convert but nobody remembers you, branding work pays off. If your brand is clear but enquiries are flat, performance and conversion work come first. Many clients need both, sequenced rather than simultaneous.
With a short written summary covering spend, output, and recommended changes, plus access to the underlying data. We explain what we think the numbers mean instead of sending a dashboard and leaving the interpretation to you.
No. We are based in Győr and work with clients across Hungary and with Hungarian companies selling abroad. Meetings run in person or online depending on what is practical.
It depends on the channel and the market. We would rather discuss a realistic range in the first call than publish a number that fits nobody. If a budget is too small to test properly, we will tell you before you commit.
First steps
A first conversation usually takes thirty minutes and covers your current channels, budget range, and what a good outcome would look like in numbers. From there we either propose a scope or tell you we are not the right fit. Both outcomes are useful.
If we proceed, the first two to three weeks go into access, tracking, and a written plan. Nothing goes live before the measurement works. That order is deliberate — it costs a little time at the start and saves a lot of argument later, when everyone is looking at the same numbers.
